Our Brief
The client approached The Superyacht Intelligence Agency to find out how many yachts in certain size categories are undertaking maintenance, survey or refit work, the average value of the work done and the profitability of key refit yards

Our Solution
Using an online survey we gathered information on maintenance, refit and survey work completed. Combined with in-house data, this allowed us to predict refit cycles. Using information provided by data partners we were able to estimate the value of the work done. Additionally, we conducted due diligence for key refit yards to establish their profitability.
